The CoTer Club ("Les Technologies de l'information et de la communication au service des collectivités locales") is organizing its 20th Congress.

Date: June 16-17, 2009
Venue: Strasbourg, France.

OW2 is presented in the Open Source track, on wednesday at 15:30PM and will also be there to support the presence of members Altic, Bull, eXo Platform and Talend on the exhibition floor.

All sessions will take place in French language.
