SugarCRM is the world's leading open source CRM software suite, providing full sales, support, and marketing automation for any organization. Built on a LAMP stack, it has been downloaded more the 10 million times since 2005.

The goals of SugarCRM is to provide a free and open source CRM solution for any organization, as well as a developer platform for building applications to help automate business processes

SugarCRM is the leader in open source CRM, and the solution is both targeted at entry level CRM users as well as developers looking to build applications inside their organization.

Business model

SugarCRM CE is a free and open source application licensed under the AGPLv3 license, and targets developers and serves as an entry level CRM product. For larger organizations, we have a number of commerical editions that build upon the core CE product to deliver additional functionality.

Our primary community is around our SugarForge ( http://www.sugarforge.org ) and Forums ( http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums )

Internationalization

Sugar has been translated into over 80 languages, and these translations are supported by both our partners and open source community
