The third joint Scilab-OW2 programming contest has been announced (see February newsletter ) and will take place during the Beijing Open Source Week.

The goal of the contest is to encourage contributions to the OW2 code base from students, and to develop awareness of the OW2 code base.
It is a good opportunity for projects to get in touch with students and potential contributors, as well as to show openness to the community.

We would be grateful if you could submit your topic proposals by March 25.

As a source of inspiration, you can consult the list of topics that were proposed in 2010.
