November 23, 2010
23 November was a great day for the OW2 Open Source Cloudware initiative. And we really enjoyed brillant communications and exchanges shared during this event.
Please see the workshop report
.Thanks to the presence of 29 participants, significant progress has been achieved in term of knowledge and overall understanding. After such fruitful exchanges and enthusiastic contacts, OSCi looks even more promising than we thought in term of potential collaborations and projects.
Some critical questions have also been opened which necessitate serious follow-up from you all. Please do not hesitate to launch on this mailing-list any discussion which may help.
The web site has also been updated and all presentations can be downloaded at 2010Nov23Workshop.
Please pay special attention to all these documents as they will be used as foundations for our next exchanges and food for thoughts when it comes to set up collaborative projects.
About next conference calls, we will propose asap new dates in January. January is an important milestone for OSCi: as we have decided collectively, we will have to deliver a first draft of OSCi R&D Agenda (vision, state of the art, competitive analysis, detailed description of each domain)at the very beginning of 2011.
Once again thanks a lot for your participation and warm feedbacks during this 1st workshop.
