As the Director in charge of Digital Business Solutions within the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Informatics, Thomas Gageik will share the vision behind the upcoming Commission’s OSPO.

Simon Phipps will share lessons learned as head of open source at Sun Microsystems and co-founder of the Java business at IBM. Today he serves on the Board of The Document Foundation, OSI and The Open Rights Group.
Stefano Pampaloni is a Business Open Source Evangelist, he is also CEO at Seacom, vice president of RIOS, the Italian Open Source Network, and manager of the Xstream Data Lab community.
