Dear OW2 Members, dear All,
It's election time at OW2. Please check out this page here for a comprehensive overview of the process. This year we must elect eight representatives for the Corporate Members and one representative for the Individual Members. Please keep in mind that registration of candidates closes on February 15.
We are very proud that OW2 is driven by a board that is a true representation of its membership, making us one of the very few independent global open source organizations. Because the board manages the expectations of the community in terms of is vision, its mission, its core values and achievements, this election is a key moment in the life of our organization; it is also your opportunity to become involved in the governance of OW2.
Our General Assembly will be held on March 28, at Cloud Computing World Expo at the CNIT, Paris-La Defense. More.
Meanwhile, we have already launched our annual OW2 software programming contest. It is an excellent opportunity for projects to attract bright students and potential contributors to your projects. Please note that the deadline for topic submission is March 25. More.
Lastly, I'd like to remind you that we have opened a new position in the OW2 Management Office: Collaborative Project Manager. If you are interested, please check out the job description on the OW2 Management Office page here and contact us directly.
Thanking you again for your on-going support.
