Our new Board of Directors is now elected. Our appreciation goes to the candidates who volunteered to sit on this year’s Board. The next step, launched on March 1st, will conclude with the election of the Chairperson on March 21. Please note that our General Assembly will be held on Wednesday, March 21 via web conferencing. The OW2con’19 Call For Presentations is open until March 17, 2019. Please note the deadline and do not leave your submission to the last minute! We are still working on some great ideas for this year’s conference. Save the date for OW2con'19, June 12-13, and check out our attractive sponsorship opportunities! I’m delighted to introduce Pierre-Yves Gibello, a long-time friend of OW2 and highly experienced developer who is joining the Management Office to give us a hand with the collaborative projects. Welcome Pierre-Yves! On another note, The Document Foundation is now an Associate Organisation of OW2. We look forward to greater collaboration with them. Stay tuned!

ReachOut, "The Beta Testing Campaign Platform for Research Projects" is a three-year action aimed at helping projects develop and implement beta testing campaigns. More.
DECODER stands for DEveloper COmpanion for Documented and annotatEd code Reference. This three-year research project, involving seven partners will develop an advanced IDE. More.
FASTEN (Fine-Grained Analysis of Software Ecosystems as Networks) introduces a method-level tracking of dependencies on top of existing dependency management systems. More.

The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 31, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. The 2019 General Assembly will be held on Thursday March 31, from 4pm to 6pm. Connection details are posted on the OW2 Governance page.
