Dear OW2 Members, dear All, The spring is back, then comes OW2Con'22! Once again, a virtual event, backed by our now proven open source platform: Jitsi, Rocket.Chat, XWiki, and of course OBS and KDEnlive for the preproduction. But OW2 is also proud to announce a community face-to-face event in Paris, June 29-30: we'll animate the open source corner at Cloud Datacenter + Infra Symposium, then propose a social event to our members and friends, on the occasion of OW2's 15th anniversary. The OW2Con'22 theme, "Reliable and Predictable Open Source Software", reflects the shift to maturity that professional open source experiences. And we are eager to being part of it, with dedicated initiatives and tools: the Good Governance Initiative, supported by the OSPO Alliance we recently established along with Eclipse, Foundation for Public Code and OFE, has released its methodology handbook. And our "Market Readiness Levels" tooling is now operational on all our mature projects, to give decision makers insight about their quality and reliability. Among our recent moves, OW2Con includes a track dedicated to mobile app technologies, with the OW2 QuickApp initiative: also an occasion to discover the W3C MiniApp standard. So, stars are aligned to make OW2Con'22 a success: we are looking forward to meeting you there, and don't forget to ask us for an invitation at OW2 anniversary if you plan a trip to Paris end of June!
