Project News
New Projects
Two new projects have been submitted to the OW2 code base:
- SeedStack, competing with other frameworks such as Spring, Play or Grails, SeedStack is an application framework led by PSA Peugeot Citroën, used to develop a broad spectrum of applications like CLI tools, REST micro-services and full-blown Web applications.
- Waarp, a Managed File Transfer solution focusing on enhancing the reliability and security of file transfers in scalable IT systems. The project is backed by the eponym French company who joined OW2 in May 2016.
Projects Updates
- Prelude SIEM becomes a Mature Project in the OW2 code base! It has succeeded in meeting all the mature project criteria. Find out more about the project's metrics from the project's scorecard.
- FusionDirectory 1.0.15 is out! This release introduces HTTP header authentication and brings enhancement in the management of user profiles. Read the full release notes.
- XWiki 8.3 milestone 1 has been released, featuring several new usability improvements, read more from the full release notes.
- CLIF 2.3.3 production release is ready for download: new GitInjector and SvnInjector ISAC Plug-ins for GIT and SVN traffic generation and new FileHandler ISAC plug-in

The Contest has entered the evaluation phase. Mentors are now assessing the submissions. The winners will be announced during the Contest Awards Ceremony, 12-13 October, in Beijing. More.

In the OW2 Community Ecosystem
Open Source School: The first school specialised in Open Source Software is now accepting applications. OW2 is a supporting partner of the school.
Job offer: Inria Rennes is seeking a technical project manager for an H2020 project focusing on test amplification in DevOps environment. OW2 is part of the project. Read the job offer.
