FusionDirectory News
FusionDirectory is an open source Identity Management Solution (IAM). Among recents news, the project is working on major improvements to answer the specific needs of both French local establishments, the Greater Lyon Metropolitan Area and the University of Orléans (read below).
Following FusionDirectory recent 1.4 release, the project marketplace is now open.

Current Use Cases
Greater Lyon Metropolitan Area: In the framework of a proof of concept to replace Microsoft MIM, the local authority is financing several Fusion Directory developments, including a workflow to govern the lifecycle of user accounts, an event notification system, and a rules engine to trigger events.
University of Orléans: Thanks to the University of Orleans, a uniqueness engine guarantees the uniqueness of values across FusionDirectory for fields of the same type, while the integration with the Partage messaging system allows specific functions to build workflows aligned with the user account lifecycle management.
